RENTAL UNITS FOR LEASE

We are NOW also offering an RV for rent for a housing option. We have various Cabins and Tiny Homes available for rent ranging in price from $525 to $725.  All services are included except propane cost, and all are modestly furnished. There is a $425  Security Deposit, which is refundable if everything is returned in good condition.

NO PETS ALLOWED IN THE RENTAL UNITS.  All rental units are NON-smoking units and must follow the Smoking Policy. Below are some sample pictures of  the rental units. There are many more to come; please contact us for more details! Four Month Minimum Lease then Month to Month. 

My Grandparent's motorhome that me and my brother traveled the United States in. This picture was in Galveston, TX in the 1970's. We had so much fun during the summer! We loved this Motorhome!!

We accept those that are wanting an RV Space or a rental housing option. We are located near Wellston, Oklahoma City, Cushing, Stillwater, Shawnee, and Edmond, OK. The Harrah RV Park is located near Harrah, Midwest City and Tinker AFB.  We currently provide MONTHLY only for RV Space Rental. 

WE ARE CURRENTLY NOT OFFERING A ONE NIGHT STAYS

* This Rate includes electricAL SERVICE (30 AMP or 50 AMP), water#, sewer, High-Speed WIFI internet, Trash Service,  mowing and use of the storm cellar.

Private bathroom and full kitchen. All Bills paid except propane for the Cook Stove.

2014 Red Cabin 12x22 Studio w/private bath and small kitchenette area.  Furnished, all bills paid.

2013 Salem RV 8x26 Bunkhouse w/full size bed upfront, bunks in the back, bills paid, except propane.

All Rental Units are Monthly Leases with NO Smoking of any substance or Vapors, NO Pets Allowed.

Security Deposit is $425. First month rent and Security Deposit to be payed before move in.

All Units are Furnished with Similar Furniture.  Minimum Four Month Lease then MTM.

****The RV requires propane and Tenant is responsible for filling the tanks on the unit

or leasing a tank if staying long term.
